Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on which day you placed your order, it should take a maximum of 8 business days for order Processing (being hand-selected and beautifully packaged with your freebies by the team a Conscious Crystals).
COVID-19 Restrictions mean that our Courier service is under a lot of pressure to get you all of your goodies! With the delays, it may take anywhere from 1-8 business days for the Courier to deliver your package, depending on where you are based.
We are Auckland based, so Auckland orders are likely to be delivered quicker.
With all of that being said, it may take up to 16 business days for your package to be Processed, Shipped and Delivered, depending on Courier Delays.
If you have concerns about the whereabouts of your parcel, please track your parcel using the parcel tracking number provided to you. You could also reach out to the courier company, as once the package leaves our headquarters, it is the Courier's responsibility to get it to you.
We are not responsible for any damages created in transit or for any non delivered or stolen packages. However, we will help as much as we can if you have any issues. If there are issues with tracking or the whereabouts of your parcel, please contact the Courier Company first. Conscious Crystals will not be able to be of any more help than what the Courier is. If your parcel has not arrived after four weeks of Shipment, please email monique@consciouscrystals.co.nz and we will do our best remedy the situation.
Why don't you sell Lapis Lazuli or Moldavite?
Since Lapis Lazuli is such a popular Crystal, we get this question often. We cannot find any Lapis Lazuli at this time that is not being sourced from Afghanistan. Due to the ongoing Humanitarian Crisis there, it would be unethical to continue to sell Lapis Lazuli, with money going back to Taliban owned mines.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and packed by our HQ, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you click on this link, it will take you to our shipping provider's website and will show all of the tracking information you may need.
Can I get custom pieces made?
Where are your Crystals sourced from?
We consciously source our crystals from many different countries around the world. We work with multiple ethically sourced wholesalers in New Zealand, Australia, and the U.S.A and work with small family mining businesses in Pakistan, Madagascar and many more places. We pay above market rates for our crystals to ensure our miners and suppliers are taken care of. We make charity donations and purchase carbon offset credits to lessen the impact we make on the environment by shipping products. We also contribute to reforestation efforts where crystal mines are to ensure the environment is looked after.
