Shipping Information

All orders are processed and made ready for courier collection within 1 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping can take up to months at the moment depending on where you are located. Due to some of our products being 'made to order' there may be a slight delay in the time it takes for us to make your order, since we put so much effort and love into making sure you get everything you want and more. There may also be delays with our postal service or high volume of orders, so please be patient with us! We will try get your order out to you as soon as possible.

Covid-19 restrictions are causing a massive backlog on online shopping and couriers, please be patient, and allow us extra time to get your order to you. We are working as fast as we can. Delays at the moment can even be up to four weeks due to restrictions, and even longer for International Orders outside of New Zealand. 

Please reach out to the Shipping Company indicated in the email you are sent after your order is fulfilled, if you have any concerns. If you have not received any emails regarding your order status please check your junk folder.

New Zealand Shipping Rates and Estimates

Auckland:

Standard Shipping: $8.50

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100

Rest of New Zealand:

Standard Shipping: $10

Rural Shipping: $15 (if your address is rural, and you did not select the correct option at checkout, you will be billed for the rural fee as well as an additional charge and delayed time in getting your order sent out. There will be no option to cancel your order, if the invoice is not paid you will receive further fees. Please ensure you choose the correct option.)

Australia

Australia Standard Shipping: $25

Takes up to 14 business days for Shipping, refer to courier for more information.

Rural Shipping may be invoiced for outstanding shipping charges. These must be paid within two business days.

Expected delivery approximately 4-15 business days after courier collection. Expect COVID Shipping Delays, international orders can take months at the moment.

 

International

International Standard Shipping: $40

Takes up to 14 business days for Shipping, refer to courier for more information.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order after a month or longer, please contact us at monshervell@gmail.com with your name and order number, and contact NZ Post directly.

 

Incorrect Sizes, Damages and Issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at monshervell@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition as soon as it has arrived. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If we do not receive the message about any damage 2 business days from Delivery, you will not be eligible for an Exchange, Refund or Return.

If you order rings or jewellery that is the incorrect size, you may be eligible to complete a return or refund. Crystals are not able to be returned out of a change of mind. You must email us at monshervell@gmail.com as soon as possible to let us know you would like an Exchange or Refund. Both must be processed within 4 weeks from the fulfilment date. This means we must receive your return within that month, otherwise you will no longer be eligible for the refund or return. You must pay for the shipping to return the item to us. If you are doing an exchange, you will pay the exchange fee of $8.50. You will receive this by invoice, this must be paid within 5 business days or the return will not be processed.

If any of the above guidelines are broken or not completed properly your refund or return will not be granted.

In the event that your order does not arrive after 4 months from being dispatched to the shipping company, you may be eligible for a refund. Due to the state of the world at the moment, shipping and freight is extremely delayed. Items that have been shown as 'delivered' by the freight company will not be eligible for a refund.
